Once you have logged into your personal page at https://scheduling.shopmetrics.com/, go to the “Open Opportunities” section to see the available projects in your area. On this page, you will see the industry (eg bank or restaurant), addresses of the locations to be visited, timeframe, scenario specifics and the rate of pay offered for this particular assignment.
– Choose the project you like, then go to the “Certifications” section. You can only get an assignment once you have successfully passed the certification for that project. Each project has its own certification as a result of the differences between projects. After you have passed the certification, you can apply for service evaluation jobs.
– During the next 12-14 hours, your application will be reviewed by the 4Service team and either approved or declined.
– If it is approved, you will receive an email notification stating that you have been awarded the assignment and 4Service is expecting you to complete it within a certain deadline (stated in the message) and enter your results into our system within 12 hours after the visit has ended. Be sure to check your inbox and even your spam folder from time to time as the notification might end up there. You may also receive a call from the 4Service team prior to your visit.
IMPORTANT! The visit assigned to you will appear in the “Inbox” on your personal page. The empty report form will be available for completion after the visit.
– If your application is declined, you will receive an email message stating that the evaluation has been assigned to another shopper. In most cases, there is more than one mystery shopper applying for each service evaluation job and the shoppers which have the best quality fieldwork are given priority. Don’t be disheartened if your application gets declined – there will be many more chances to become a Mystery Shopper with us!
How can I check my certification score?
You can access your certification score from your personal page at http://4service.shopmetrics.com. Click the “Certification” section and then on“Completed”, where you will be able to see your scores on all certifications submitted.
To refuse a visit which has already been assigned to you, go to your personal page at http://4service.shopmetrics.com and click on “Inbox”. Choose the visit you would like to refuse. A notification box will appear asking whether you are sure you want to turn down a visit. Press OK and give a brief description of why you decided to refuse the assignment.
What do I need to do should I do to participate in the project?
In order to participate in the projects, you need to register at your interest at https://scheduling.shopmetrics.com/
You can then download the formal offers for review.
After you have filled in the questionnaire, you will be sent a login and password to your email address in order to be able to access your personal account.
After creating a personal account, you will be asked to complete a training course aimed at clarifying and highlighting survey details. Once you have passed the test, you will be provided with a list of all the current vacancies in your region. Then, choose a location, apply for a survey, study the brief and complete a questionnaire at the end.
You will be able to work in your personal account and review all client-approved audits before receiving payment.
To make sure you have filled in everything correctly, click “Check Complete
(this will take a few seconds)” (this will take a few seconds)” at the end of the form. Any fields you have skipped will be highlighted in red. If the report is filled incorrectly, you will see a pop-up window after clicking “Check Complete (this will take a few seconds)”. The window will read “Survey Completed”.
To attach a file to your report, go down to the bottom of the report and press Upload Image/Document”. Then, choose the files you wish to upload and press “upload”.
In order to conduct a successful visit, make sure to read the brief attached to the survey along with the survey itself before the visit. Also, read the instructions relating to the visit making sure to pay attention to any obligatory notes and important pointers to be noted during the visit. It is also important to pass the certification before the visit.
This is a visit that was made to an address which did not exist or that the location was closed when the visit was made.
What should I do if the location was closed? Will I still receive remuneration for my visit?
If the location is closed (make sure you check the opening and working hours of the location before visiting) or if there is no sign of the establishment at the location provided, take a photograph of the facade and also of the establishments located to its right and left.
What does “scenario violation” mean and why is the payment is canceled for these visits?
There are different types of “scenario violations”: an absence of certain attachments, a discrepancy within the attachments (eg photos were downloaded from the Internet); requirements laid out in the instructions weren’t met. If you have violated the brief, the company has the right not to offer you any payment in return for your visit.
The payment is made via PayPal

You will receive payment after the 20th of the month within 30 days after your visit. Multiple payments cannot be sent simultaneously due to large transaction volumes. In Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia, Turkmenistan and Montenegro, payments are sent via International Bank Money Transfer only as PayPal is unavailable.
Please log into your profile and click on “More”. Then click “Payment method”, choose PayPal and insert your email address linked to your PayPal account.
It is a document indicating proof of payment where you can see the amount payable for performed visits.

To apply for a visit, you need to find a vacancy which interests you and click “apply”. Our coordinator will contact you once they have received your application.
You can see its available in your chosen radius. To see more opportunities, widen your search radius in settings or contact your coordinator.

You can find instructions for your visit by clicking on the visit itself. Here, you will find a field where you can download the instructions and details to the visit.

If you cannot submit the survey, you may not have answered all questions, not passed the certification or you provided the incorrect date of the visit. To check whether you have answered all of the questions in the survey, click “Check complete” at the bottom of the survey. any unanswered questions will be highlighted in a red square.
If you are having trouble logging in, you may not have passed the entry certification or haven’t filled your personal details. Should you have any problems with passing the entry certification, please contact your coordinator.
You can change the language of the site by clicking on the flag located in the top, right-hand corner of the page.
After you have passed the entry certification, you signed the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) along with the cooperation agreement. By clicking “accept” you have accepted the agreement terms.
