I’m field team leader. After graduation a Master’s Degree in Hungarian and English languages, I was lucky enough to get a job at 4Service. I remember my first working day very well – the contrast of a cold February morning with a warm meeting of future colleagues and mentors.
On February 20, I started training for AM (the coordinator of projects for mystery shoppers in Norway) in Scheduling department and a month later, at the end of the probation period, I became a full member of the team.
The thorny weekdays of working with projects in Norway helped me to grow both as an employee and as a person.
Throughout July of this year, I was trained as a regional project manager in Finland and Norway and hold this position since August.
