The first time I have ever gone with real intentions to the Apple store was when I had to carry out a visit to the store as a mystery shopper. It was also the first time I had paid attention to every single detail in the store, its style and appearance, service, the way the store’s representatives approached customers, which were in the store, and more. It was the first time I was so impressed with a store’s organization and level of service was handled. Everything was impeccable and turned the experience into one that I will never forget. The sales rep was so adamant on assisting the best way he could to help me to find something that would suit my needs perfectly. I am grateful for this experience as it truly proved to be a great buying experience.
